The questions that come up before a first container
These are the questions Australian buyers actually ask us in the first enquiry, with the straight answers rather than the brochure answers.
Before you order
You do not need a completed specification to start. Most first enquiries arrive as a floor plan, an elevation, or photographs of a room. What we cannot work from is a verbal description of a look — if you have a reference image, send it, and we will tell you which of our profiles and finishes is closest and where it will differ.
Pricing and minimums
We quote whole-home and trade packages rather than individual pieces. A single cabinet is not something we can manufacture economically, and it will not fill a container. Minimum order quantities and pricing tiers depend on the package and are confirmed once we have seen the drawings — the figures are not published here because a number quoted without drawings would be a guess.

Frequently asked
- Who installs the cabinetry in Australia?
- Your own joiner or installer. We supply flat-packed, labelled and documented so a competent local installer can assemble and fit it. We do not send installation crews to Australia, and we do not claim to be a turnkey fit-out contractor.
- What is the smallest order you will accept?
- It depends on the package and the mix of panels rather than a fixed figure. Send what you have and we will tell you honestly whether it is viable, rather than quoting something we would later have to walk back.
- Can you match a colour from a photograph?
- Approximately, and we will say so. Screens and cameras shift colour, and a laminate matched to a photograph will rarely satisfy a client standing in the room. For anything visible in a living space, approve a physical sample.
- What happens if something is wrong when it arrives?
- Photograph it against the packing record and send it to us. Genuine manufacturing errors are remade at our cost and shipped with your next consignment or by air, depending on the schedule. Site damage and installation errors are not manufacturing errors, but we will still produce the replacement parts to the retained specification.
- Do you supply hardware and appliances too?
- Hardware yes, appliances no. We supply hinges, runners, lift systems and drawer organisations. Appliances are bought locally in Australia, which also keeps warranty claims simple in your market.
- How do we start?
- Send your drawings, a room schedule or photographs through the contact page, along with the rooms in scope and the address the shipment would go to. We reply with an indicative scope and the questions we need answered before quoting.
