A floor plan, a room schedule or a set of photographs is enough to start. You do not need a completed specification, and you will not be asked to fill in a twelve-field form before anyone speaks to you.
What helps most
- Floor plans or elevations, in any format you already have them
- A room schedule: which rooms, how many of each, one house or a multi-unit release
- Photographs of the existing space, especially for renovations
- Any reference images showing the look you are aiming at
- The address or city the shipment would be delivered to

What happens after you send it
We read it and reply with questions
If something in the drawings is ambiguous we ask before quoting, rather than pricing a guess and revising it later.
You get an indicative scope and cost
Itemised by room and by panel category, so you can see what is driving the number instead of a single lump sum.
We issue drawings if you want to proceed
Setting-out drawings and a finishes schedule for sign-off. Production does not start until those are approved.
What we do not do
We do not operate a showroom in Australia and do not send sales representatives to your site. Everything is handled from the factory, which is why the answers you get are from the people who make the product.
