Timber wardrobe cabinetry after assembly

About us

Where we check, and what we stand behind

Quality control on imported cabinetry fails when it happens only once, at the end. Ours is staged, and the last stage before the container is sealed is photographic.

Warranty periods and coverage are stated in the contract and on the quotation. This page sets out the position in plain terms so nothing depends on discovering it later.

Inspection points

Drawing review before cutting — dimensional and junction check against your approved drawings.

In-process check after edge banding — band adhesion, face finish, colour consistency across the batch.

Dry-assembly check — door gaps, runner alignment, hinge adjustment, lift-system housing.

Pre-packing check — part count against the panel schedule, labelling correctness, edge sealing on wet-area panels.

Loading check — photographic record against the loading plan before the container is sealed.

Packing standard

Parts are packed in installation order and separated by room and unit where a programme has multiple lots. Edges and faces are protected, and fragile items are braced rather than simply wrapped. Where a project specifies a packing method for its own site handling, we follow it.

Damage and claims

Report damage with photographs, referenced to the packing record and the part labels. Manufacturing defects are remade at our cost. Transit damage is pursued with the freight party, with the photographic loading record as evidence. Site or installation damage is not a manufacturing claim, but replacement parts are still produced to the retained specification.

What the warranty does not cover

Movement caused by a leaking fixture, an unsealed wet area or a home left without ventilation.

Damage from improper storage on site, including panels left flat on a damp slab.

Normal wear, and damage caused during installation by a third party.

Alterations made on site to factory-drilled parts, where the alteration causes the failure.

Frequently asked

What does the warranty actually cover?
Manufacturing defects: a panel that delaminates without site damage, an edge band that lifts on a correctly installed panel, a drilled pattern that does not match the approved drawing. The period is written into the contract before you order.
Who pays for replacement parts?
Confirmed manufacturing defects are remade at our cost. Freight is settled case by case depending on the cause and the schedule — by sea with your next consignment where time allows, by air where it does not.
Do you offer an installation warranty?
No, because we do not install. Installation quality is the responsibility of the installer you engage, which is exactly why we prefer to be in contact with them during drawing review.
