Interior Doors & Wall Panels

Doors and wall lining are where a build either looks resolved or looks assembled. We supply the leaf, the frame, the architrave and the panelling as one set from the same batch, with every notch for services cut at the plant.

What buyers ask

Where the questions usually land in this range

  • Will the door leaf finish flush with the plasterboard?
  • How do you handle power points in the middle of a panelled wall?
  • Can a concealed door be adjusted after the floor is laid?
  • What happens if the wall is out of square by 15 mm?

How we approach this range

  • Flush means flush

The frame rebate is drawn to your plasterboard thickness, so the leaf finishes on the paint line rather than standing proud of it.

  • Notched at the plant

Power, switches and door frames are cut on our line. On-site notching of a finished veneer is where panels get ruined.

  • Adjustable after settlement

Concealed frames stay adjustable in three directions after the flooring is laid, so settlement does not leave a visible gap.

Configurations

Each entry states the door profile, carcass board, edge treatment and hardware we would specify by default, so you can compare it against your own drawings first.

Frequently asked

Can you match a door I have already bought?
Send a sample or the supplier and profile name. We will tell you honestly whether we can match it or whether you should buy the rest from the same place — a near miss is worse than a deliberate contrast.
Who installs the panelling?
Your local carpenter or shopfitter. We supply a batten layout and a numbered panel schedule so the wall runs true before the panels go up.
