Every stage ends with a document you approve
This page exists because most disputes about imported cabinetry are not about quality — they are about expectations that were never written down. So we write them down, stage by stage.
The stages

Stage 1 · Enquiry and scope
You send plans, a room schedule or photographs. We reply with an indicative scope, the categories that apply and the questions that must be answered before pricing.

Stage 2 · Drawings and finishes
Setting-out drawings and a finishes schedule are issued. You mark them up; we revise. Nothing is cut until these are signed.

Stage 3 · Sample approval
Where the finish is not already settled, a physical sample of the door profile, board and edge band is sent for approval.

Stage 4 · Production
Panels are cut, edged, drilled and dry-assembled. Door gaps, runner alignment and hinge positions are checked on the bench, not on site.

Stage 5 · Packing and loading
Parts are labelled to the drawing, packed in installation order and photographed against the loading plan before the container is sealed.

Stage 6 · Delivery and after-sales
Documentation travels with the shipment. Replacement parts are produced against the retained specification, not re-measured from scratch.
What we need from you at each stage
- Stage 1 — plans or a measured sketch, and the rooms in scope
- Stage 2 — sign-off on setting-out drawings and the finishes schedule
- Stage 3 — approval of the physical sample, or an existing specification reference
- Stage 4 — confirmation that no further changes will be made once cutting starts
- Stage 5 — your freight forwarder's requirements and delivery address
- Stage 6 — a site contact for delivery and any damage reported with photographs
Timing and terms
- Quotation validity

- Production lead time
- Counted from drawing sign-off, not from deposit
- Transit time
- Determined by the port and sailing schedule you book

Terms marked as pending are agreed in writing once drawings are reviewed and scope confirmed. We do not publish figures we have not verified.
Frequently asked
- Can changes be made after production starts?
- Once panels are cut, a change means remaking parts. We will do it where it is a genuine error on our side; where it is a change of mind, the affected parts are re-quoted. This is stated before cutting starts, not after.
- What if a panel is damaged in transit?
- Report it with photographs against the packing record, which is why we photograph the container before sealing. Parts are reproduced from the retained specification and sent with your next shipment or by air, whichever the schedule suits.

Drawings, a room schedule or site photographs — any one is enough. We reply with a costed scope and the questions still open.
